Awesome / great design . . .
PRO:1. Two handles is a great idea, lets you hold vertical or horizontal.2. Nice way to get around the DOT / OSHA / EPA standards of not spilling gas with this push to flow spout.CON:1. A few little drips at the start of operation, but not bad.2. Cannot really get into the can, there is a filter piece that is in the way.OTHER:1. Make sure you buy RED for Gasoline and Yellow for diesel.2. Not a rough and tough can, the spout CAN be snapped off if hit, tossed, dropped, so be careful.

Difficult for arthritic people
Solid build, not too keen on the spout. Requires two hands to operate, one on the spout and the other to hold the can. No way to lock the spout open so I can use both hands to support the can. There is a strainer tucked inside so if you want to use a siphon or an electric pump you’ll have to yank the strainer out.For most this is a good buy for a durable gas can. But if you’re arthritic like myself it can be difficult to use.

Much easier than some
I bought two of these 5 gallon fuel cans, one for gasoline, one for diesel. Fuel cans I've used in the past use a complicated pinch and slide mechanism to seal the spout when it's not dispensing fuel. Those prove exasperating when trying to lift a 2 gallon can and pour fuel into a piece of equipment, especially something large like my tractor (I have to use a step stool to reach the filler). Trying that with a 5 gallon can did not appeal to me at all. This style of safety spout is much easier to use. And the handle molded into the side of the can helps a lot in hoisting that heavy can into position and holding it there while the fuel transfers. The flow of fuel is not as good as the old style cans with a separate vent to let air into the can so fuel can flow out the spout freely. But government mandates make those ... illicit if not illegal. But for this type of "approved" container, it does pretty well and it easier to operate that some I have used.

Frustrating activity for you & 30 friends
Needs a few modifications to make it work.1st - rip out the screen inside the can so you can actually pump gas into the can without the pump splashing gas all over you, the can and the ground and shutting off repeatedly because it doesn't filter through the screen fast enough therefore the auto shut off nozzle thinks your can is full.2nd - grab a thumbtack or pocket knife and poke a tiny pinhole opposite of the nozzle side of the can cuz this baby is gonna airlock if you don't.3rd - gather 30 of your closest friends to help you hold the can up, push this lever and that button, hold it at just the right angle, flip this, turn that, bop it, twist it, pull it, stand on one foot, rub your tummy and pat your head at the same time while everybody only blinks their right eye and you might get a drizzle to drip out… if you're lucky. 3 hours later and bam! You've successfully emptied the gas from the can into whatever you were filling and your friends probably won't ever wanna hang out with you again. Note: I got the 5 gallon can so the smaller cans may only take an hour or two to empty?Honestly, I never got all my gas emptied out so I don't have a clue how long it takes. I'll be buying a funnel to put in my mower so I can completely bypass the government regulated nonsense on the spout that prevents this from working.

Good can for lawn equipment
Very easy to use compared to some of the others that come with 10 different safety features. Perfect for my zero turn mower

No drips no mess
This is the first gas can that I have owned that doesn’t leak or spill while filling my motorcycle gas tank.the nozzle mechanism works great and the dual handle makes for an easy pour. I bought the five gallon can and will purchase a smaller version for filling my mower and snow blower. This can is worth every penny.
