How sturdy is this looking to buy but need to know if the laptop part shakes when using it or if its quite sturdy and dosent move or bounce??

This item doesn't hold reasonable sized monitor without tilting. I bought two sets and I've had to use something to wedge my monitor. The laptop hanger arm is okay. I have reported this to the seller and I am yet to receive a replacement for over 3 months. I am dissatisfied.
