The Nestl Bedding Heat & Moisture Reducing Ice Silk & Gel Infused Memory Form Pillow has positives & negatives. I purchased the body pillow. The material is soft & the pillow is comfortable. The pillow covering itself is of good quality. It is supportive & adaptable to meet an individuals pillow comforting needs. The ability to remove the cover to wash is a plus. The zipper is nice. The “gel infused memory foam” is soft to touch & is of an OK quality vs. other foam pillows I have. As far as the specific description of the pillow there are things that are definitely not the case. Being advertised as “The Most Cooling Pillow Out There” personally I’d say NO. There’s no sense of a cooling effect that comes from this pillow. In describing that the memory foam controls the temperature, it does no such thing. It doesn’t regulate head heat nor does it control temperature all night long. It’s definitely not for hot sleepers as advertised. There’d nothing about this pillow that is related to temperature control period. It’s a pillow with a soft pillow cover packed with nice foam. That’s it. The pillow covering being described as 1 side as a silky ice fabric blue “cool to the touch”... no. The other side being a smooth bamboo rayon & is “soft to the skin”...yes. I also don’t understand where “memory” comes into play with the pillow anywhere. The description of this pillow & the pillow I received doesn’t match up. It’s deceptive advertising at a price that doesn’t match the quality. There is a 100% money back guarantee which is nice but this pillow was suction packed upon receipt & in a small box which it nicely fit it. Once the pillow is opened I had very large pillow. If I did wish to return it to amazon I would have no bag nor a box to place it in to return. The thought crossed my mind but I weighed out trying to return it for my $ back with the hassle involved & I decided to keep it. ••Aside from all I’ve shared, personally the pillow was not firm enough for my liking. The benefit of adding additional foam is great yet there was no link attached to the pillow description as to what kind of foam I was to purchase. I searched under “Nestl” itself yet no foam. So in considering all these factors I decided to make contact as I specifically read their #1 goal is to provide “unparalleled customer service.” Furthermore they claim they are “happy if customers are happy” & that one can “shop with confidence because no matter what we’ve got you covered.” This isn’t what I experienced which was a true disappointment since the pillow was disappointing itself. I inquired on the foaming issue & my dissatisfaction with the pillow. The reply back was an amazon link for the foam. My other concerns I was told to contact amazon since it was fulfilled by them. The pillow came with zero customer service which equaled the case of a unhappy customer. I wished for my experience to be known. I can not recommend this pillow. I’d pursue another. My 2 star rating reflects the positives I felt the pillow did provide.

J'ai acheté la même oreiller il y a quelques semaines et elle est parfaite. Celle-ci est moins volumineuse que la première. J'ai rejoint le vendeur pour lui faire part de mon insatisfaction et j'ai eu une réponse après 3 semaines. La compagnie me donne le lien Amazon pour de la mousse supplémentaire à acheter et termine la discussion. Désolant.
