Craftsmanship seems very good, lightweight and handles very well. I used it that day to cut vegetables and poultry. It worked very well for the first time.

It’s a very nice little knife for the price

Nice little knife, sturdy and sharp. My only complaint is about the design, and not a big deal. But the shape of the blade is symmetrical, for lack of a better word. It is shaped like a perfect elongated V - so when you pick up the knife, you can't tell at first which side has the blade. So I have to look at the knife intentionally to determine which side has the sharp part of the blade. A few times I have cut into something and then realized I was trying to cut with the top of the blade, because it is the same top and bottom. Not a huge deal but something you never really have to do with other knives.

I absolutely love the kiritsuke design.The handle is very comfortable and the blade easily hones up to a crisp edge.

Great shape,easy to hold and chop vegetables and meat ,great value for the money ,I love 💘 this equipment and enjoy using it and the nice storage arrangement to preserve the sharpness and beauty.

I buy meat in bulk and slice it up into steaks to save some money. This knife slices like butter. I haven't tried it on bone yet. Will try to update the review once I do. If you're looking to buy a boneless roast and separate it into Ribeyes for example, look no further than this knife.

The handle swoops back down towards the cutting surface forcing your hand/knuckles to hit the cutting board first and not get a clean cut all the way thru. If they fixed the handle design it’d be good. Until then it’s just a waste of money for a paperweight. I have the same knife in a well known brand and that one is designed correctly

Very sharp, hard blade. High quality steel.Handle has a diameter a bit big for me, but reasonable.Overall an excellent blade for the price.

I work in a professional kitchen and this knife is fantastic! It has replaced 3 of my knives at work, and it is the first one I go to grab for majority of the jobs. The handle is very comfortable to hold and use. The edge holds incredibly well on it. The blade is long enough to get alot of work done, with it not being too long to be unwieldy. I would recommend this knife to anyone who is looking to get a knife for both home or professional settings.

Certainly looks better in the listing, lighter than a standard 8” chef knife, sure it’s sharp now but I think this is another one for the bin in 6 months

Works perfectly for my purpose. Was just looking for an inexpensive knife for boneing chicken and its great!
