Good "weight" - it's not so thick that it can't be folded/formed, but it's not so thin that it tears when you look at it sideways (or move it around on the grill)

This butcher paper is very nice but doubt I will use more of it as I don't like the result I got. But don't let that stop you from buying this butcher paper as it's a very good brand.

This is a smokers best friend heavy duty works great definitely a game changer keeps meat from getting to dry.

The first roll I purchase had plastic inserts in the end of roll making it easy to keep the roll covered between uses and the new roll no longer has the inserts causing me to come up with another way to keep the roll covered between uses.

This butcher paper works perfectly for wrapping my briskets. Great value for backyard BBQ or serious smoking.
