Perfect
Recently had an operation on my ear that became infected so struggled to get comfortable when sleeping. This pillow is perfect, able to mould it into a shape that I can rest my head on whilst not putting pressure on my ear!Definitely recommend!!

Something to help with neck pain
It can contort into a few shapes, because it has a bendy rod in-between the foam fibres, it keeps your neck in place, whilst acting as a pillow, or can be used for your back, takes away pain and discomfort.

dont buy so hard
got this today as I have arthritis in my neck so I need it when sitting on a chair as I'm in lot of pain and people said it was soft but they don't say there is a hard bit running through the middle of it and you can feel it so I can't use it all all my worse buy Well no good for my neck BUT it was sitting on my chair and I found t good for my back when sitting watching tv so worth a few more stars for that
