Ease of use
The best electric fillet knife I've ever owned. It has 2 blades not sure which blade is for what kind of fish but I love it. 😍

This fillet knife has skinned a lot of fish since first purchased. Works great and is a much cheaper option than others.

Unit constantly overheats. Would not recommend
Have had it for a little over a month and a half. It constantly overheats and shuts down. There is a lock button on the trigger that by design is easy to trip with your thumb and shut the unit off

Amazing knife.
So far I have cleaned 150 crappie with this knife. Easy to use and perfect cuts.

Works good when it works!
It broke the second time I used it. Half way through a couple of dozen crappie the blades stopped working and they would come out. Couldn't keep them locked in. Called customer service and they were easy to work with on getting a replacement. I just have to wonder how long the next one will last?
