Do t buy it. Save your money for something else
This knife set really sucks. Sorry but that’s what came to mind. I used it cleaning about 24 crappie and after about 5 crappies in I stop using it. You can see me using Eletric knives on my YouTube channel. I teach people how to use them and this one I didn’t make a video on. It was that bad.

Great product
This product is great got it last month and its done over 200 fish have no complaints.

i don't do fish
I do hamburger in the lg rolls. The curved blade was able to cut all the way to thru. It left no uncut meat at the bottom, as must strait blades do. It cut fast . the clean up was a breeze. i'm going to get the second set of blades for backup, so i don't have to clean between meats. the blades go into the dishwasher and i'm done. so easy

Would not recommend.
The knife motor malfunctions. It would engage then stop and just hum. Low power will not push the blades.Everything listed was included. Looks nice, is easy to hold, lightweight. Sadly, I had better luck with a $15 walmart knife.

Great Electric Knife!
Bought this to replace my husbands old electric knife , he used to fillet fish. He loves it! Works great and well made. Definitely recommend.

Not great but it works
Kind of a pain to use the blades are ok, ( a bit aggressive on the bite) and everything works just seems a bit like using a chainsaw on a sapling. Finer teeth on the blades would be nice.
