Why doesn't the machine work when I take it out of the water and put it back in?

It triggers the low water cutoff when you take the misting device out of the water. When you put it back in the water, please plug it again to start the operation.

Why does machine stop working when there is still water in the container?

Please check if the water covers the black water level sensor on top of the misting device by 2-3cm, if the water is not enough, the low water cutoff activates.

*Spare nebulizing ceramic discs

The nebulizing discs are consumables and are need to be replaced in a timely manner and ensure they are firmly tightened, if they get dirty or break they can lead to water leak-in and cause damage.

When you use the machine in a deep water, the buoy is an essential accessory, otherwise the machine sinks and can't produce mist.
