Great product
I have used this in the past but won’t use this particular can until the weather dries up. I use it for treating the cut ends of pressure treated lumber.

Missing spray nozzle. Noticed too late to return.
I didn't take the lid off until over a month after purchasing, because I never got to my project, and when I did, I realized there's no spray nozzle. Crap.UPDATE:I realized that I could take a spray nozzle off another product, in my case a spray lubricant, insert it into the nozzle hole, and presto! Not sure if the spray pattern is the same, but it's better than nothing. Unfortunately it seems like most of my spray cans have female nozzles (e.g WD-40), instead of the male needed for this, so I guess I got lucky.

Smelly mess!
The smell is horrific, and lingers forever. Don’t buy this product if you use it near a residence, especially in places like a crawl space.

Stinks but protects wood. Make sure you have enough for the job. This spray can doesn't last very long

I really does work on keeping your stumps from rotting.

Can't use without getting it everywhere and it's smells toxic for a long time.
Product sprays out like wasp spray. Strong single hard stream. It's imposible to not get it everywhere and it stinks for weeks. When you need to coat something, it should spray like typical spray paint not a fire hose. I dont understand hiw thet expext to coat the end of boards with it. This product should say underground only because if you spray anything in your yard above ground like say the end of deck boards, you will be smelling it for weeks. And absolutely don't use on any boards you sit near. OMG the smell. It's like an oil so whatever you get it on well, good luck.

Probably good stuff
I bought this to spray in the deep crotch of a large live oak next to my home. It holds 1/2 gallon of water after rain, making me think it is at risk of rotting in the middle, then crashing down on my uninsured home. I may never live long enough to know if this stuff worked but hoping it discourages rot. I looked at numerous options before buying this. I keep the water siphoned out and spray this product into the cavity twice a year. The smell lingers a week afterwards but is not horrible.
