I used this on my kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Sheet linoleum and plank vinyl respectively. I have to admit it truly put a shine on everything and an ample protective coating as well. Remember to clean and prepare surfaces prior to application as that's most important. If you don't you'll have anything left on the floor sealed up making a gritty surface until it's removed. I added a second coat which brought out an even more pronounced depth and a bit glossier than the first coat.I then put it on some tile and grout I have installed in three other places in my home. The other sealer I purchased along with this purchase was more specific for real tile, but that product did not do what I expected. This did everything leaving all locations looking bright and clean. I'd recommend this to everyone. It's a great price especially for the amount you get. My application was with a small sponge in a back and forth motion as if I was spreading on any other cleaning product in a liberal amount. Personally I did it by hand on my knees so I could assure an even coating.So far it holds up nicely to traffic and frankly I have not seen it wear within approximately one week. That's with two coats so don't rely on the wear factor I have with one coat. It's worth the extra effort at least for my needs. Less work is better and a clean shiny look works well for me too.Thanks

This product is amazing! Easy to apply goes on evenly like silk! A great price and a great product! I love this! I have a very large kitchen with ceramic tile. I cleaned all of the grout and I applied this over my ceramic tile and it looks beautiful!

This is the best thing I have ever brought. My floor is probably 30+year old. This solution doesn’t have a bad smell and will dry in about 10 mins, the result was great. What I did is testing a small area before you applying the whole house. It makes your floor shinny and makes the scratch look mush less visible.

i needed 2 coats before i could actually see the difference when dry but it does work!1st coat felt a bit tacky when dry but after the 2nd it got better.used on laminate wood floor and tile, nice and shiny.it does seem to smudge pretty easily so thats kind of annoying but i guess my floor would get like that with or without this so atleast its shiny and smudgy instead of dull and smudgy lol4 stars only because i almost feel like i needed to open the windows because it has a small amount of fumes....because of this i might not repurchase again.

Amazing. Worked wonders on my luxury vinyl plank floors. Cleaned floors thoroughly then put this on. Two coats. Have been stressed over lack of shine. Thus literally renews the shine and floors sweep up wonderfully. Buy now.

Amazing product! I am surprised at some of the negative reviews, describing layers of cloudy finish flaming and chipping off. I suspect that this is due to overuse and/or incorrect application. I will share how I applied this product and details on my floors. It has been the best thing I have done for my hardwoods!My floors- oak hardwoods original to my 1993 home. Sealed with what appears to be a regular oil based polyurethane. Floors are starting to show some wear and tear. They are not to the point where refinishing is necessary, but I do have many scratches, and a few pits and warping. Most of all, they were getting hard to keep clean. I read several very favorable reviews of this product on blogs and websites and decided to give it a try.The process: I followed the instructions to the letter. I made sure my floors were perfectly clean and dry by vacuuming, sweeping with a dust mop, mopping with bona cleaner, allowing that to dry overnight, then in the morning, dry dust mopping again. I was now ready to apply the Floor Finish!It sprays on and I used an o cedar flat microfiber mop to spread it. This did ruin the mop head, so when I do it again I will use an old one. I had to work fast. The product has a strong odor, not as bad as poly or paint, but more so than a floor cleaner. I opened my windows. I “painted myself out” as you are not supposed to step on it until it cures for several hours. I did this process in the morning after my husband and kids left for work and school. The instructions stated that it was acceptable to apply a second coat. I decided not to do this. After three or four hours, I replaced furniture and walked on it. It took me about one hour max to apply to approx 500SF of wood flooring. Honestly, the prep took much longer.The results: the floors immediately looked shiny and lustrous! They weren’t quite slippery. This lasted for a couple weeks. Even more important to me than how they looked, was how they “repelled” dirt and dust. As I had hoped, they stay cleaner. I don’t have to scrub in the wood grain to keep my floors clean any longer. I can just vacuum or sweep, and other than the kitchen, I mop once a week or so. That’s it!This was back in May and it’s now August. I haven’t yet reapplied the Floor Finish. The blog reviews I mentioned earlier with good results, talked about reapplication around a couple/few months. When I do reapply, I will make sure to use the Deep Cleaner as recommended by Holloway House to remove what’s left of this Floor Finish. I have to guess that those who had trouble with this product either were using it as incorrectly a cleaning product much too often, and/or have a different type of flooring than mine.I can confidently say that this product is worth the price and then some - I would have paid five times that - and though the application process was a pain, it was worth it in the long run because I have saved an hour or two a week in cleaning my floors over a period of three months now.

I really like this stuff. It's easy to apply. I just put a damp micro fiber cloth on my Swiffer, pour it in an s pattern and spread. It keeps my tile floor shining. I apply it a couple times a month.

Not sure how this product works yet. Tried putting some on and it looked OK. But then we tried to put some adjacent to it and if there was any overlap, it looked bad. I think it’s very tricky to apply.
