It looks exactly as the photo/description. Actually it might be slightly puffier🤔.I was hoping it to be less puffy than the photo😅. Puffy out of the box! It works perfectly fine with heavy dress/lehenga.Quality: doesn't look or feel cheap. Sheer fabric feels like organza material. Stretch fabric is also good quality, it's thick and not transparent. Both are lustrous.Size Small: I'm petite (5'2 and super skinny), I was afraid of it not fitting my tiny waist. Just from taking it out of the box, I thought it was big but once I tried, it fit perfectly!As for length, it was not touching the floor, which is a good thing! I want my original dress to be longer than puffy petticoat.

Cute, light weight, great length when worn at your natural waist. As all pedicoats it is a bit scratchy at first but the protective satin liner helps with that. Great floof!

I bought this for under my wedding dress and it fanned it out great! Not too much but just enough. Also sucked in my stomach too, so that's a plus for me!

Great material. Great length, ankle length. If you pull the folds apart. And shake really good. It fluffs out gently. When traveling fold inside out. Great for the price.

Used under a formal gown. Not really full or stiff as expected. Even after starching and laying flat for 2 days. I shouldn't complain for the price and last minute purchase, but If you have time/$ go for a better quality.
