Sunbeam FlexTemp Hot + Cold Joint Wrap

I love that I can strap it wherever I need heat/ice and it won’t move. The ice pack is a great bonus too. 2 things that aren’t great: 1, the cord often falls out of place from the heating pack while in use —it doesn’t secure itself well enough; and 2, the heating feels inconsistent, sometimes it feels too hot on the highest setting and sometimes it feels like it’s not nearly hot enough on the same setting (both on my wrist).

this is a very nice product because you can get the heat right to your arm without having to jerry rig a conventional heating pad. you can do other things with the same arm too.It does have a cord so that may be annoying to some, but probably its not good to have heat on for more than 20 min at a time anyways.the sleeve is very big/wide but I can still make it smaller with the velcro so it works fine.

This is a great wrap for both heat and cold. I use both every day on my knee. The heat is very comforting and works well. Could maybe be a bit hotter but for most it will be perfect. The thing I like the most is the heat and cold combo. The provided Ice pack is the icing the cake. It gets so cold!!!!!! Perfect. I will buy another one of these if it ever fails. So far so good and has not failed me. Great buy!

Over the holidays I had a really bad fall and hurt my elbow and wrist. Some of the worst pain I've ever felt. I was using a traditional heating pad but it would unravel at night and it was bulky.This fits perfectly over my elbow at night and the highest heat setting gets pretty hot. It shuts off after a few minutes but will turn on to maintain heat for two hours before auto shutting off.When it shuts off after getting hot the first time it will feel like it's not getting as hot or there's not that much heat but trust me there is! When I would move the sleeve up or down to a fresh spot it would feel hot all over again, so I know heat was being put on my elbow continuously even if I couldn't feel it.It was easy to sleep with, the cord is nice and long. I really do feel like having this helped my recovery speed up and I absolutely recommend it to anyone suffering with an elbow injury.

Where do I start? If I could rate this a no star if I would have. The wrap wasn't the easiest to put on, however I thought this product was working great until about less than 10 minutes tops, it stopped heating up. I started it on the medium setting, which cranked out a good amount of heat. Then all of a sudden no heat. I checked the plug/connection just to be sure everything was still hooked up. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to quickly realize that this product is defective. I looked up reviews to see if anyone else had the same issues and what do you know? The exact same problem and they said 8-10 minutes it stopped putting out heat . It does states if item is defective you can request a replacement or a full refund however, You have to select the contact us option, then select need more help option and go from there selecting damaged item and select the chat option. I was able to return/refund of this product and received my refund in full. I am very disappointed in this highly name brand product that and that they are making and selling items that have such a level of poor workman's ship. I have owned several products by them in over the years and this product is a failure. It just seems like they would do a better job testing products and their work ability before selling them. It just surprises me. ??

PROIt’s a heat pad that heats.CONSleeve is too tight to even go over my athletic calf, let alone over my knee. Not a huge problem because I just do t use the sleeve and the Velcro straps mostly keep it in place.Constantly unplugs from the heat pad. Why even make that a removable connection? I swear I’m going to superglue it together one of these days.The cord for the remote control is too short. It’s just barely long enough to use when the pad is on your knee but no extra length. I’m short so this might be a real problem for tall people. Remember the problem above that the power disconnects from the heat pad easily? That happens often when the remote falls off the bed or when you try to reel the remote up from the side of the bed after it falls off. Suddenly you’re wide awake from playing with the power cord and trying to plug it into the pad in the dark, you’re aching again - good luck getting back to sleep.I’m not sure why this has such positive reviews. Maybe it’s all the elbow users. There has to be better products out there. It will be more or less “fixed” once I superglue the power lead into the heat pad.

The media could not be loaded. This is the best one and I hate I just discovered this now. I have tennis/golf elbow and been using microwaveable clay pack ugh! It’s either too hot and burns my skin or it cools off in two if I only heat it for 30seconds! This heating sleeve is AWESOME in so many ways! You slip your arms through the sleeve secure it with the straps and it stays in place definitely. Its hot enough to relax your muscles but not burn your skin and has a timer. I also like that it stays secure on knee and elbow! The cold gel pack make it dual purpose and very good size to take when traveling ( not through airports tho). I found the perfect Xmas gift for my bowling and golfing buddies!
