These are literally the best pillows ever! They are so soft without being flat or not being firm. They do have cooling in them, but they’re not the fancy silver cooling pillows, so it’s not super noticeable. The size is perfect, and I’ve never noticed a smell while unboxing. My husband and I fight over whose pillow is whose, and I’ve bought them for every bed in our house!

I bought a set of new pillows at Costco two months ago. They were comfy but I got so hot and sweaty that my pillow would be wet in the morning.I found these pillows and decided to try them. I ordered them around 10:30 pm and it was on my front porch when I awoke at 6 am! Amazon is amazing!The pillows arrived in a nice box and it included excellent info regarding care and use.I slept on the pillows last night and it was the best sleeping/comfort experience I've ever had---and that's significant, as I am 65 and have tried my share of pillows.First of all, to address the odor issue mentioned by others, there was a mild odor. I put the pillows on the back patio to air out until bedtime. Odor was gone and I had my first cool sleep in months! The pillows are soft, but not too soft. They are luxurious and made very well, amazingly comfortable and I slept great. I can't believe what a find these are!❤️I can't say enough about them. I recommend them without reserve. They really do the job, especially the cooling aspect. I love them. And the price is right too.I've tried to find something to complain about but can't. It's the first review that I've said "they're perfect."If you're a sweaty Betty sleeper, this pillow is your fix ---never have a wet pillow again.Sleep well!

I'm rating this 4 stars for now because I've only slept on the pillow once...but I suspect it will soon change to 5 stars. I ordered this after trying one of the better rated shredded foam pillows..what a HUGE disappointment- hard, heavy, uncomfortable. Ordered this (comes as a 2 pack, so great deal!), opened it and let it 'fluff'- which took less than an hour, and had no discernible 'new pillow odor.' I was a bit worried it might be too poofy, but ahhh...when I put my head on it, it sank a bit yet still cradled my head and was soooo comfortable and supportive. When I woke up, I realized that I hadn't been waking up every couple of hours, like I did with my precious foam pillow, so while I can't prove it, I think this will contribute to overall better sleep. I may even order another pair to store away for the future, since it seems like whenever I find a pillow I really like, it gets discontinued, and this was a reasonable price.

Normally I stick with fluffed pillows but this gel fiber pillow works wonders. My current pillows were wearing down so I needed a new pillow to replace them. I figured time to change to something new so i chose gel fiber. These pillows are pretty nice. Let's go over how they look. They are pretty standard but be aware they are gel fiber now so they are heavier then your average pillow. That being said, you should also expect them not to move around too much while you are sleeping. I hated pillows there they would shift so easily and at night you would need to move to adjust to sleeping. This definitely made it really hard for me to get a good night sleep. With the gel fiber it doesn't move. Normally in the same place. These pillows also have a nice feel on my neck when I am sleeping. Usually I have neck pain in the morning so this definitely helped. It doesn't really have too much of a smell to them right out of the box to be honest but I am happy with the way they were packaged. Repackaging them would be very difficult to be honest but you will not want to return these once you have them. They work wonders for my sleep. Another big thing through is i recommend not using them for a least 24 hours after opening them. Reason being the gel I feel takes time to reform itself so just for best use I recommend 24 hours out of the box. It does come with a nice cover that is easy to remove and wash but I do recommend using your own pillow case covers to make sure you get the best protection and easy clean. Overall I like this pillow and would purchase another ones.
