Perfect for Preserving Family Postcards
I’m started writing souvenir post cards to our four grandsons (6, 8, 8, & 9) and voila…they began writing back on postcards their parents bought for them. Instead of letting these treasures get trashed or lost, I bought these protectors and an $5 4” x 6” plastic file box at Office Depot. Now, they are perfectly preserved and will become a real delight for all of us to read and enjoy in the future. These sleeves are the same brand that people trust to store valuable collecting/trading cards.

Work well, but not sure why they always ship with the side of the packaging cut open?
These have worked well for me, and I've purchased this a few times. But for some reason every time they arrive with the side of the packaging that holds all the sleeves together cut open. I still use them, but this makes me feel uneasy...? There is supposed to be a certain amount in the package, and the side being sliced open makes me wonder if some of the contents could have been taken out or fallen out during the packaging and shipping process. Also part of the whole point of these sleeves is to protect what goes in them from getting dirty...if the sleeves own packaging is left open, then the sleeves can get dirt in them before even going on cards they are supposed to protect from that lol. Why are the sides always cut open?

These are plastic sleeves-not hard plastic
I asked a question about these on whether I could use them for photos and then put a push pin through them to attach to a bulletin board. I had a few replies stating that they are thick, hard plastic and it wouldn't work, but I had already ordered them. When I received them, they are just like a thin plastic that is in a photo album. When you pick up the package, they are flimsy just like a package of report sleeves or sleeves for a binder. I hope this information helps others.
