Ingredients: balsamic vinegar of Modena 75% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose syrup, modified corn starch. Gluten-free. Contains sulfites.

Q: What is the nutritional content of this glaze?

I have no idea. I really don't even remember buying this. Several years ago I started buying my Olive Oils and Basaltic Vinegars at the " Olive Tap " in Ankeny Iowa. Great products and will continue to buy from them even though I live 3.5 hours away.
