Great Conference Room Equipment
Works perfectly in our long main conference room. Sound quality on both ends of the Teams call are very clear even more than 25' from the TV.

Zoom Room installation
This is a very good system when you install it right. This kit does not include the Nuc and the tap. It also does not include the mount. I put my whole unit at the back of the Tv to make it clean and tidy. With two monitors and the Tap to the right side of the monitor. I do the install for a school. I made 5 zoom rooms . You also need a license for the zoom room. It’s around 500 with a tax break if you are part of education. Take your time read the instructions and there is 2 ways to install. I did not buy it off Amazon but you do have a 3 year warranty. The cost for the warranty is lower than Logitech.

Good Quality
System works great, had to offset mics due to length of where client wanted table hub mounted but overall system is good with Team Viewer and Skype.

These systems work amazing!
I currently have 37 of these systems in a corporate Teams environment and will have nearly 70 when we are done. The Rally and Rally Plus systems are super easy to install and manage. When done right, they look like a professional integrator installed your system. The mics are super sensitive and work amazing whether in the ceiling or mounted to the table, but I prefer ceiling mount as it's cleaner. We use a combination of Lenovo Thinksmarts located on the table or wall mount Thinksmart/TAP combos. Make sure you install the Logitech Sync client on the tablet and connect it to your cloud portal. From this portal, you can manage your rooms with ease. You can do Sync client and firmware updates to the Rally systems with a couple mouse clicks. Most importantly, you can monitor the health of all your rooms very easily from the portal. Make sure you look at all the accessories available for these systems. The ones we use the most are the Rally mounting kits, the mic pod mounts, the CAT speaker extender/couplers. You can have up to 7 mic's for very large rooms. The performance of the camera is also excellent, it tracks the speakers very well and does a good job framing. We are doing a large conference room project across 4 admin buildings for a fraction of the cost it would be to hire a professional A/V integration company.

Still in early development. Prone to breaking
I want to get this out of the way first. When this product works, it works fairly well. The camera quality is very good, and the setup is super simple. That being said, half of the features that the commercials and website advertise such as the auto-adjusting camera are not available despite the fact that the website tells you it is. In addition to this, the layout of the microphones is actually really bad for the majority of conference room layouts since the microphones have to be daisy chained in a line. The only way around this is to purchase an additional piece, and even then there are more versatile microphone solutions available. The worst issue, however, is the system updates and support. The official Logitech firmware updates have made three separate systems unusable for my clients. What is worse is that once a piece breaks, getting support on the line to fix it is near impossible and even if you do they tend to give you bad information to fix it. I once had three consecutive days where every time I called the support line I would sit on hold for 10 minutes before an automated voice would come on and tell me that nobody was available and to try again later. Logitech makes some good products. This is not one of them.
