The Bomb!
I used the ole Black n Decker $25 knife for a few years. The primary purpose is to thinly slice grilled chicken breast. It worked fine, but the trigger was garbage and finally quit working. There are so many great cordless tools/appliances out there and I thought why not a cordless electric knife. So without breaking the bank I purchased one with good reviews for less than $50. What a disappointment. Maybe fine for slicing a few veggies, but not for the weekly chicken breasts. Would it do it, sure but slow and had a flimsy blade. I decided to go back to corded knife and checked the reviews. This one had mostly good reviews. It was twice the price of the cheap ones but I decided to give it a try. Never thought an electric knife would make me smile every time I use it. Twice as good as the old black n decker and four times better than the cordless that I paid the same price for. Powerful motor. Strong, stiff blade. Ergonomic handle (some reviews said it was too bulky. I’m an average sized guy and have zero issue). This is a great knife. Highly recommend over the cheap corded knives and the mid-priced cordless knives. Not sure about the expensive cordless knives. If this one ever dies I will replace it with the same knife 💪🏻

Easy to Use and Clean
The most perfect electric carving knife I have ever owned. Super sharp, easy to us and cleans fast and easily.

Easy to use.
This is a great product. The deep knives make slicing consist widths easy particularly when slicing bread etc. The knife is well balanced.

Decent, Easy to Use
Pros: Easily cuts through almost anything. Easy to clean blades.Cons: Holding down the "On" button gets a bit tiresome.I'm not sure why it took me so long to purchase an electric knife. My mother used to use one and it seemed so old fashioned and unnecessary. Not too long ago, as I was struggling, trying to carve a large roast, the vision of an electric knife came to me. I'm very glad I bought one. This is a relatively simple electric knife. It only has one set of blades. It has an electric cord. It has a button on top that you depress when you want the knife to start working. The "knife" is composed of two very sharp serrated blades that hook together. When the knife is turned on (when the top button is depressed and held) the two blades start moving in opposite directions. Meat is cut with a sawing motion of the blades. The cut is quick and smooth. You can diagonally slice flank steak into thin, professional looking slices. You can cut through bone, sinew, thick cuts. The blades are removable and easy to wash. The knife handle is heavy plastic and must be cleaned with a damp cloth.I purposely selected a knife that had an electric cord. One does have to take care to ensure the cord is out of the way when slicing. I don't use an electric knife often enough to keep a rechargeable one charged and ready to go when I need it.Also, this knife does not come with a storage box or container. The knives fit into a plastic safety sleeve and I keep everything in the cardboard box it came in.My only gripe is that holding the large On button down while slicing a large cut of meat can get tiresome on my thumb. It's not as tiresome as using a carving knife, however, if you are doing a lot of carving, you will need to keep up the thumb pressure to keep the knife working.

This knife is a cut above the rest
I bought this knife to replace an older electric knife I owned. I am into baking breads and other cooking and my old knife had this big screw at the end of it to hold the two blades together and it wouldnt go into my bread slicing guide very easily and it was just a real chore to cut a slice of bread. So, I started to look for another knife and I came across this one. I was a bit leary with the price and all but decided to buy it anyway. I have to say that this knife cuts through the bread so easily and it doesnt get caught on the slicing guide like the other one did and there are hardly any crumbs. The blades are thin but sturdy and the screw/bolt that holds them togther is small and doesnt get into the way of cutting anything. I havent used the meat knife yet but I am sure I wont be disappointed judging from how the bread knife works. The stand is really nice too. I just sit the stand on my counter and all the parts stay on it. I keep the knife plugged in at all times and use the safety switch to turn it on and off. The safety switch is really great to have since I have children and it wont work if the switch is activated. The colors go great and match with my kitchen and other appliances which are black and silver as well. The only complaint I have with this machine is that the handle part is a tad bit large for my hand. I have very small hands and I cant hold it at the end. I have to hold it very close to the silver band at the beginning of the handle. Other than that the machine is excellent. I highly recommend this machine. You get what you pay for and this is no exception.

Almost Perfect
Compared to other electric knives I've tried; this one is the best and deserves 5 stars but there are a few improvements I would make. I use this knife to routinely slice up large turkey breasts.Pros:* Great power.* The blades are perfectly flush together, as they should be.Opportunities to improve:* The grip circumference is really large. Perhaps this is necessary to accommodate the powerful motor and gearing, but it makes holding and using the knife harder on the hand and forearm. Maybe not an issue for people with large hands* I would prefer as offset blade option. Because the grip circumference is so large, maneuvering the knife down all the way through the meat and to the cutting board is awkward. Offset blades would make it much easier.
