I have been taking Hyperig PL100 for 3 weeks now and have noticed a big improvement in my energy levels, digestion, strength, (I work out daily) and overall vitality. At first the taste was a problem but the need to feel became more important than taste. With taste no longer a problem and taking it regularly my body was strengthened to tolerate More more foods.
