Had a last minute flight and needed a carrier so my little dog could ride in the plane cabin “under the seat”. This one fit the airlines specifications and my pup. I like the two access points and was able to easily check on pup during the flight. She basically slept the way way and sat quietly while being carried in it through TSA and the concourse. Never used the shoulder strap- seemed like it would can’t the carrier to the side and the pup, too. Just used the handles and was fine. Only draw back was that the carrier was smashed so tightly into its shipping box that I had a hard time getting it to “unfold” and maintain its shape. The top of it kept wanting to sink down and the sides collapse inwards. I had to tug on it repeatedly to keep it from smashing pup. Took a star away from review for this reason. Maybe more time with it opened up before having to take and use it would have helped, but I didn’t have that luxury.

The carrier was great when placed on the ground, but when carried the sides of the bag folds inward and left my pet little head room. The bottom is very hard so I would recommend putting some cushion for more comfort. Besides that it was great. The zippers made it great for checking on pet during air travel. And great size for small pets.

Got the medium size for my morkie. She’s small for her breed, only 6 lbs, but she couldn’t really stand up in it though she was able to lay comfortably. Wish there was a hole you could unzip at the top of the bag as it would’ve made my dog more comfortable to stand up and stick her head out, but she was only able to stick her head out of the sides where it unzips.

I bought this for my Cavachon to travel with me and she barely fit in it but she did great and it did fit under the seat of the plane.

I left 4 stars because it had this annoying sink with my pup but she was kinda bug for the travel bag. Nicely made

My dog is small and as you can see he has plenty of room. I got the largest size for that reason. I did initially buy the smaller one but decided since he is a puppy there might still be room to grow. I love this bag. I travel a lot with my dogs (retired airline employee) and want a good lightweight bag. I have used Sherpa and Kugro backpacks (LOVE) but recently a gate agent wouldn't let me go on board with my lovable Kurgo backpack. She didn't think it had enough air holes (I beg to differ but what can you do?) So I was on the hunt for a bag that would work for all gate agents! Here are some of the features I love best....1. You can slip it over a bag! I had a Sherpa bag originally that was twice the price but junk when it came to slipping it over your roller bag. The strap was too thin and it kept spinning around. This one has a wide strap that actually has velcro below so you you don't have to use it as a roller bag strap but as an extra pocket. It still spins around but no where near like the Sherpa. I think it would be helpful it wasn't so wide. Just monitor while using it and you will be fine.2. Love the peep hole on the side. It's just enough that he can poke his head out. He loved it as well.3. Good height and soft enough that it still fits under an airplane seat.4. Just enough pockets to make it useful.5. Nice shoulder strap and carries well.6. Plenty of room for my 10lb dog that is 12in long.Over all, a good bag. I might buy more for my other dog that travels with us as well.

My senior15 yr old, 12 lb male Siamese cat Rocky and I went on a 3 1/2 hour plane trip. In the past Rocky had only been to Vet visits in a hard carrier. He's always hated going anywhere. I decided to order the Jespet soft-sided carrier, soft pad included for his comfort, anxiety and to fit under the seat in front of me. The carrier is very attractive and fit under the seat. Rocky being Siamese is very good at escaping by unzipping the carrier. That was the only down side, but can easily be remedied by using a large safety pin to the top of the zippers. Traveling with an untraveled cat is a challenge to begin with. Of course the cat will try to escape becoming a wildcat. The carrier is made well and didn't suffer any damage. He calmed down and once the plane got off the ground, Rocky slept the entire time. I definitely would recommend this high quality carrier to anyone. ***The only thing to remember is to safety pin the top of the zippers so they can't be slid down by your crafty kitty!

It came in a bag and was flattened. Even me trying to stretch it out. It still folds in on the sides. Making it uncomfortable for my fur baby. I would not recommend unless they fix the folding down sides. It also makes it hard to zip and unzip.

Lo compré para llevar a mi perrita shitzu en un avión y estuvo muy bien. Me gusto que se puede soportar en el carry on.El color está súper lindo.

Es bastante amplia, yo la compré para mis gathijos y aunque son grandes caben dos, pero solo la utilizo para uno y que pueda tener más comodidad, es muy resistente y el color me fascinó. Si la recomiendo.

Great, sturdy carrier has all the features I was looking for. What would make it perfect for me is to be able to open the top. My dog doesn’t like coming out from the end.

Igual a la imagen, buen tamaño y calidad aceptada en aerolíneas, aunque no cabe bien debajo del asiento del avión se debe aplastar un poco, buenos compartimientos y correas

Very well made and sturdy and would definetly purchase again. The only thing I would have liked is having an opening on the top of the carrier.
