Chigg-Away The Soldier's Choice Relieves Itching and Repels Chiggers, 4 fl oz (Pack of 2)

This is the only product that I have found that really helps with chiggers. I’ve tried many of them believe me, but this is the best.

I play a lot of disc golf in north Texas, and was constantly getting chigger bites around my socks and on my feet. Since I started using this (from shins to toes) not ONE BITE! I forgot to apply it once and got two bites. Ever since then I don’t play a round without it. Can’t say it’s great to relieve the itching, but as a repellent, it’s excellent. Some people have commented on the smell, it smells slightly like a burnt match. I’ll take that over the week long itch of chigger bites any day. Highly Recommended!

I used Chigg Away today and wish I had it in my backpack 5 days ago during a camping trip. The active ingredient is Benzocaine 5%. The other ingredient is a natural ingredient called Sulfur 10%. Together they are a team. The Benzocaine did not relieve itching in my case but it will get rid of pesky chiggers and that’s what I needed five days ago when crawly invisible things attacked my feet after a short walk near my campsite. I suspect the Sulfur has other health benefits based on an article from the National Institute of Health and stories my mother told. Thankfully 2 bottles arrived. I will add this to my “must apply” before going outdoors in the grass again. Although this product was soothing to my skin - it did not completely stop the itching. See my review of StingEze Max2 for what stopped the itching. I used StingAway Max2 on one foot and Chigg Away on the other. An Espson Salt and Eucalyptus oil bath burned the open wounds but eased the itching significantly. Both products may be purchased on Amazon and at most grocery stores and pharmacies. There are lots of home remedies that work but the key is to destroy the bitting larvae and adults that lay eggs and stop the allergic reaction. The photo is of the side that the Chigg Away was used on several hours ago then after an Epsom salt and eucalyptus oil bath. I suspect the Sulfur stopped a brewing infection because the lotion was soothing and the bumps finally stopped oozing. The StingEzeMax 2 foot kept oozing. Sulfur is ancient in human history and medicine. Thank you for shipping quickly. From now on, I will strictly follow my own protocol for preventing chigger attacks and preventing a full blown allergy attack. The Chigg Away did not cause any additional rash today. My son jokes that he invites me to cookouts because I attract all the mosquitoes and they leave everyone else alone! I have yet to find a good bug repellent that works and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, so I tend to become a feast and have to fight the itching afterward. This stuff stops the itching!! Really!! I usually have to apply it twice, but it quells the itching and doesn't irritate my skin or make me cough. I now keep some in a small tube in my bag

Lotion streaks on clothes after its applied to skin and itch relief so-so.

We moved to the Ozarks and the chiggers are unbelievable! This is the only product that helps with the itch. It repels chiggers if you generously slather it on. We use a homemade adjunct spray,made of witch hazel, tea tree and peppermint oils,that really boost the repellent qualities of Chigg off.We haven’t noticed any sulfur smell from the product.

If you've had the displeasure of owning land that harvest chiggers, you need this. Smell may not be pleasant , but it works. Wish they made something safe for dogs.

This product really does keep chiggers from biting. I have not had a bit since I started using it.
