If this rack is bumped the least, the shoes fall through. I wear medium width shoes and could not fit three pairs across. Many of the bars across came with crimped edges making it very difficult to fit into the holes. Not worth the money. I am returning

I bought this shoe rack because it is supposed to hold 36 pairs of shoes but it does not. This is narrower than expected and does not hold 36 pairs of women's shoes. It easily holds two and a half pairs per row of women's average size shoes. To be fair, I managed to get three pairs of narrower shoes on a few rows. Keep in mind if you plan to use this for men's shoes it will hold even less, maybe two pairs per row. Mostly I could only place five women's single shoes on each row. That fact caused my disappointment in the product. Also it is a lighter plastic material but it does serve its purpose of storing shoes on the door. Keep in mind you will have to attach each section to the door or wall you are hanging it on or all the shoes will fall to the floor in a pile. The rack will pull away from the door or wall from the weight of the shoes as you fill each row up into the second and third section. This rack has three sections of rows. The selling information tells you to secure the rack once hung and this shoe rack comes with screws to do this. I am keeping and using this even though it is not exactly what I expected from the information provided in the details of the item. The shoes i placed on this hanging shoe rack were size 61/2 and size 8 all medium width women's shoes of varying styles, high heels, flats and running shoes.

Was easy to put together, I loved how many shoes you could fit on it. the first day I really loved it then after that the shoes kept falling between the rack and the door. Thought it was a fluke so I put them back up and went along my way, half way through the day they all fell again, and again...until I finally gave up. 10/10 would NOT recommend unfortunately.
