I personally hate Evaporated Milk, but I use it to make a Flan that is very popular at my dinners. This was the first time trying this brand because I am trying to do more Organic. I got raves on this dessert on a most recent dinner and requests for recipes, so I'd be lying if I didn't say I owe some gratitude to this 365 milk.

No Carrageenan
I love the fact that this milk does not (as most other evaporated milk) have Carrageenan as one of its ingredients. Some studies show that Carrageenan causes cancer in rats and therefore I do not want to take any risk with my cats. I am glad I found this product.
