This board is as beautiful as it is functional and well made! The Sonder board is well made, and the grain is smooth and seams are matched beautifully.Love that one side has an area for bread or crackers, perfect for charcuterie's. I have been using the board for a few weeks and have washed with a soapy cloth and dry immediately. I have food grade oil to use in the board every 3 weeks per Sonders instructions.I purchased a board from another retailer and it was flimsy, made from walnut wood as well, but did not have the thickness nor beautiful wood grain I was looking for.The Sonder team is a small business and very communicative. I look forward to finding other boards from this brand!I’d like to give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could!

This is a beautiful board. its heavy but not too heavy. you can tell its superb quality. i almost hate to cut on it, but I can tell if its taken care of, it will last a lifetime. I highly recommend it.

This board is so beautiful and the perfect size for everyday use! The quality is exceptional, it’s easy to clean and care for and after a week of daily chopping no knife marks are visible. The price point is what compelled me to purchase this board. I wanted something better than what I have and not plastic to protect my knife blades. It’s so nice looking and not too heavy. Perfect size. Easy to clean. It doesn’t slip. Groove on one side and flush on the other. Love the functionality of this board.

Beautiful!If you plan on using this for serving, I would cut only on the flat side and live without the well. Or serve on the flat side, but the well is so great for crackers/bread etc.It's a gorgeous, solid board. Get yourself some cutting board oil and wax, follow care instructions and you'll be able to leave it to someone in your will:)

Just as pictured, size as described, it fits perfectly and looks great! It’s very smooth and both looks and feels high quality. We are happy we got it!

Decent board at a decent price but this thing gets cut up quickly! Picture is from after using it for two meals and you can see quite a bit of cut marks. Its a beautiful piece so kind of a bummer to see it get blemished so easily. I’m curious what it will look like a year from now. I don’t regret buying it though.

This is a beautiful cutting board. Honestly it could be a piece of artwork to hang on your wall.It is also very high quality. You can feel the weight of the all wood board as well. Rare these days with any “wood” product.Very versatile as well. As you can see in the picture, it’s perfect for food presentation and serving. As a cutting surface, don’t know how it could be better.Is the price worth it / value there? Absolutely.
