I’ve been using this for the past few years, adding a dropper full to my morning coffee and nightly tea every day. About three months ago I ran out and decided to give it a break. It took a month or so for me to notice, but suddenly I wasn’t sleeping well, I was less relaxed, and after two months I was alarmed to discover how much weight I’d gained. So I took inventory of everything I changed about my morning routine- there were two main changes: I stopped taking this supplement and I switched to a new liquid multi- and I reversed them. Within 48 hours I was sleeping deeply and well again. It took about a week for the default state of calm to return, and now, lo and behold, I am less bloated, and I’ve lost a couple of pounds (literally 2, but it has been less than 2 weeks). I’ll never go without ashwagandha again!

I started taking this in April in search of combating symptoms of peri-menopause - specifically anxiety and a sense of dread that was overcoming me pretty regularly along with interrupted sleep. It's been two months and I wanted to wait to provide a review until i took it for some time. This has turned out to be a life saver for me. I'm shocked at how well it's worked for me. Within a week, I noticed a distinct changed in my mood and overall wellbeing. I feel like myself again. I read loads first on peri menpause and am aware that this phase will require changing course from time to time and being open to trying different options based on your symptoms. At this phase, this works for me. I pair this with a vitamin I got also via Amazon for woman 45plus - I'm 46, and i spray magnesium oil before going to bed nightly. Not only do I notice a complete difference taking this, but even my husband says he just notices me happier, hence, why I call it my happy juice! I've always been a steady mood person, so experiencing those fluctuations in mood was an anomaly for me. It's been a game changer for me overall and i highly recommend trying this out.

Fast delivery, day one took it around 4pm but nothing felt different, day two took it at 7pm and got better sleep. I feel like I’m getting just the effects of the ashwagandha and nothing from the rhodiola. Going to continue to take it and hope my mood and energy increase. I put 2ml in a bit of water. UPDATE: Day 4 and it finally started to work. I mixrd 2ml with squirt and it took 40 minutes to start feeling a buzz.

I have bought this product a total of 3 times. When I first got this product, I LOVED it. The taste was a little bit to get used to but over time it did not bother me. I noticed a change in my mood, my sleep and energy levels. The second bottle I purchased, again, I noticed my mood, sleep an energy all benefited when I was taking this supplement. When I fell off the wagon and wasn't taking it, I saw a drastic change. The second bottle had a slightly different taste than the first but I was able to tolerate it.I received my 3rd bottle today. The tastes has drastically changed. The liquid is much darker brown than the previous 2 bottles I bought. Trying to give the supplement the benefit of the doubt, I placed a small drop of the liquid on my tongue. *GROSS* It does not taste at all like what my other two bottles tasted like. The liquid burnt my tongue it was so strong. I am very sad that the formula or something has changed because I really liked the way this supplement helped with my mood, sleep and energy. I will not be buying from this company again. I will also be throwing my current purchase in the trash as I know that the product should not burn my tongue nor should it taste the way it does and the company does not except returns.

Arrived fast! (3 days with Amazon Prime free shipping)Off the bat I’ll say the taste is interesting. I’ve heard supplements to taste bitter but this was like molasses. There’s a bit of a alcohol taste but it’s because of the glycerine I’m guessing. Not entirely pleasant but not undoable either. No after taste either, or that horrible feeling of a pill stuck in your throat. Since it’s in liquid form you can even add it to your tea or smoothies which is great to switch it up!In the past I’ve tried both Ashwagandha & Rhodiola Rosea supplements in pill form without noticing any real differences. With these concentrated drops I notice a difference in my energy almost immediately. I took two droppers as indicated by the directions & noticed I had TOO much energy so the next day I took it back to just one & found my sweet spot. So keep in mind your sensitivity to certain supplements & your body weight. You may need less or more. As always check in with your doctor just in case.All in all I’d say this was a very pleasant experience & will be buying again as soon as my bottle runs out!

A couple of months ago I was really dragging. I had a hard time waking up and needed to nap in the afternoon. I could tell I was run down. I heard many people talking about adrenals getting run down and needing something to 'feed' them. I have been studying different herbal options for helping with this problem. I heard about licorice being good for that. But then something came up about ashwagandha. It's not an herb I was familiar with and I'd never heard it could help with adrenal problems.When I read the description of what this could help with I was reading a list of my problems... adrenal, cortisol (weight around the middle because of it).I'm happy to say that I'm feeling a lot better now. I have more energy and am waking up more alert in the morning. My middle is not so big :-)Hopefully this is a trend that will continue!

This product did not list ingredients, so I assumed, wrongly of me , that this would be the ashwaganda root infused with alcohol. This was not the case. It had as the main ingredients water, glycerin, stevia, natural flavor( what is that?) citric acid and potassium sorbate. It only had 2.5 % ashagwanda and 3% Rhodiolola extract. Yet the label reads Ultra Ashagwanda Extract concentrated drops. I consider this false advertisement. It tastes horrible. It’s a product that has a no refund policy, so I would recommend that you not buy it at all!
