Not too bad a taste, but the eye dropper is cheap and doesn't fill properly

I bought this product on Amazon and have been using it for about 3 days. I had read about milk thistle and thought it would be a good idea to do a cleanse before starting my new weight loss program. I felt different after about 2 days. I felt better, more energy and more pick-me-up. I sit a lot at my job and therefore need to get things on my insides moving a big more. I work out every day but still, I needed to clean things out. I have never done a cleanse or detox before and was a little apprehensive. I can say I am very happy with how I feel and will continue to use this even while I am on my weight loss program. I also thought it was well worth the money as compared to other cleanses on the market today. Some companies have a 7-day cleanse and charge $29.99 for it. This product will last me 25 to 30 days so it should continue to help as I lose weight.

Prior to using the detox my ankles would be sore and stiff in the morning. I’d have to sit up in bed and massage them before getting out of bed. I took the detox each morning and after the third day I noticed that I didn’t need to massage my ankles before getting up. It really helped in the area of pain relief. I can’t speak on the claim of weight loss cause I didn’t see any improvement in that area. I’ve used for pain relief since 2018.

Doesn’t work

This product works as described! It's so easy to use. I measure it into a half teaspoon. It's a little less than that. No mixing, no powder all over the place. I'm buying another bottle to travel with. I don't want to live without it. I also use Miralax from Amazon, but sometimes it doesn't work as a stand alone solver. I weight 122 pounds. I drink 70 ounces of liquid per day, more than half my body weight in liquid is what I've read we need. Coffee counts. Yay. Anyway, no cramping, no OMG I'm going to poop my pants. Just a regular urge and voila, a solid poop, no diarrhea. It's so disgusting to talk about this, 🙈but if you're searching for a product to help your gastrointestinal problems and reading this, I thought you might want to know the nitty-gritty. 🤷‍♀️ I still use Miralax almost every day with this. That's my story.

This is my second bottle. Before I started taking this product, I had high liver enzymes for a little over ten years. I don’t have any liver disease or anything. My doctor said this is due to fatty liver. I’ve taking milk thistle caps but no effect. So I though I’d give this product a try. I religiously take 2 dropperful of this product every morning when I wake up until the whole bottle is almost done. Then my annual check up & blood test came. To my surprise my liver enzymes is down to normal level. So with that said I will continue to take this product. And I highly recommend it to anyone who has the same liver issue as I do.
