this is the best way and easy way to BOIL eggs with no mess

Instructions poor, it's like a toy, but it works, and it'll encourage me to eat more eggs.
Disliked the tiny toy-like quality of it. Also there's a table on page 4 of the instructions that makes no sense, especially as there is also a table on page 5. Starting to think that by "steam egg" they mean poached egg, so will try that next. Following instructions for 2 hard boiled eggs makes 2 soft boiled eggs. Gonna try adding more water. Wonder if the eggs being large had anything to do with it. Also no sound on finish.Likes: It works. Uses little water, little energy, and cuts off as required, albeit with water left in the bottom. It'll encourage me to eat more eggs at least.

Best kitchen gadget
This is the best kitchen gadget ever!I am Registered Blind with only a little blurred sight in one eye... I can't see water...so boiling eggs isn't as easy as it seems... But this has just astonished me. Easy to use, instructions easy to follow, and despite other reviews saying the amount of water may vary, I followed the the amounts as the manual and I had perfect boiled eggs.I am eggststic!!

Great item
Boils up 7 eggs perfectly- soft, medium or hard- then eat or pop in the fridge for a day or two. Buzzer alerts to avoid boil dry- wipe plate with limescale remover to keep pristine ( Viacal)- had a family as guests and it was brilliant for breakfast.

Good unit.
Reading the reviews,a few people had buzzer fail.Our unit,buzzer failed after 6 months.Western Union Group customer service contacted,and were very helpful.Unit returned via Very courier and new unit delivered within the week!.Re other problems by other customers,the stainless steel pan is easily cleaned with a normal pan scrub,fill the pan with cold water from measuring jug when egg’s removed,stops it discolouring.We have had another different unit previously,the steam started to escape from the lid after about 4 years use which is why we replaced it.This unit doesn’t leak.FUTHER UPDATE!!.Unit started to under perform,buzzer packed up again,unit started to leak from metal dome.Idecided to scrap it and buy a different unit.I dismantled it,I’m glad I did,there is NO seal between main body and top plate,inside unit showing corrosion on electric terminals,NOT SAFE!.

Love it!
So easy! Perfect every time not confusing to use. Tap the egg with the pin, pour the water and preas the red button. Only thing I'd change is the sound of the alarm when it's done. Thought I was flatlining .
