Good for Sun brewed Ice Tea
Sun Brewed Ice Tea Recipe1 large glass mason jar (I use the Bormioli Rocco Fido Jar)2.5L Drinking Water6 tbsp Golden Tips Assam Tea (for 5L use 12 -13 tbsp)StrainerServing bottles (regular water bottles)Combine the water and tea leaves in the jar and close the lid.Leave the sealed jar in the sun for the day (I like to get it out in the morning and bring it back in the evening).Strain tea leaves out of the water with a strainer. Discard tea leaves.Fill the serving bottles with the brewed tea.Place bottled brewed tea in the fridge. If the tea is still hot from brewing, keep the bottle tops loose for the heat to release, for a while.Sweeten with sugar to taste when serving. Add lime, etc. for added flavors if desired.Should be good for up to 3 days in the fridge.* You might want to use a heat mat for the mason jar when leaving it in the sun. Also, allow the jar to cool before washing it, or you will risk thermal shock.UPDATE 10/24/2015Recently, I tried the Golden Tips Darjeeling tea and felt it made for a smoother, milder but just as flavorful sun ice tea. Go for the Assam tea if you are looking for a strong black tea flavor, with a strong black tea kick.

No flavour, no taste
Bought this with anticipation, but this tea had absolutely no flavour, aroma or taste! Tried stepping for even 8 mins, but with no difference.Well, good in a way - will not try this brand again.

Subtle and beautiful
Good if you are seeking an amazing aroma, though a bit milder. After a bit of boiling of ctc, I usually add over it towards the end of boil. Gives a totally smooth finish.. its mediumish strength and flavor .. its subtle and beautiful!

Does not look like fresh second flush, lot of stems, no aroma, less flavor.
Doesn't look like a premium second flush Assam tea. Lot of stems in the leaves; very less aroma and flavor.
