This charger has been great and works as stated. Customer service was exceptional! They went above and beyond when I needed help with my charger!! Would definitely buy again.

I ran this power bank for a year doing independent contracting (much heavy high battery use) riding a motorcycle on the highway a lot, while running money making sites and apps that paid cash for watching videos, rebates, and various phone activities, running literally six smart phones at a time and this power bank would charge multiple phones, rather quickly, that are all playing non stop videos at the same time, for 2 or 3 days and not be dead. You can use the devices while they're charging. It is rather heavy but beyond worth it. It does take 24 hours to charge, I think with one cord, and 12 with 2 cords. It has two ports to plug 2 charging cords in at a time, as indicated in the device instructions. It has 4 USB ports with 2 for apple, and 2 for Android charging, with indication of which ports are which, or your phones will tell you if you are using the wrong charging port. I used this bank really heavy for a good solid year before falling asleep at a public restaurant and dropping in the toilet. I do not remember what happened after the toilet drop but do believe it has no water tolerance or forgiveness like my Motorola s stylus 6 does, but this power bank is top of the line, over the top the best that I've seen. I love this power bank so much.

This is an amendment to my previous review. First off I’ve had excellent response from this company about earlier concerns I had with the product. I no longer have those concerns and which can encourage anyone who wants a fantastic rapid charger to buy this item. This charger Charger is my iPhone and it’s current. State has an iPhone 13 with a few years on it seven times. It charges quickly. I also appreciate the fact that you can plug two cables into it to charge the unit fast. As someone who is a hurricane evacuating. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who travels or it needs power When traditional AC power is not available. As I said, the company is very responsive to questions or concerns.

Love this item. This is the second one I have purchased. I leave 2 cables in it at all times, one for my iPad and the one for my phone. I can get a charge at anytime. Its size makes it quick and easy to grab when I am on the go. It holds a charge well. I am never disappointed.

First impressions when out of the box: it looks nice and its heavy! Purchased for my wife as a gift. We've taken it on road trips here and there. Overall, any portable battery pack that'll charge multiple phones and devices is a win. I have only two complaints about this item:1) It's HEAVY! I compare this to an Anker brand of the same battery capacity. Anker is way lighter (but more expensive). For hiking, this surprisingly will make a difference. No way can you just throw this in a pocket and walk for miles. It's definitely bulky.2) There are 4 batter light indicators. The final light (to show 100% charge) no longer works. I had this plugged in over night and it still wouldn't charge that fourth light. It'll still charge an iphone X a few times before it drains, so I know it charges well.The built in light is pretty pointless. Any flashlight on a cell phone is stronger than this one. But I guess having a backup light is still pretty good. I carry powerful 300 lumen flashlights, so I will never use this built in light from the battery pack.I have on my to do list to try charging this batter pack using my 120 watt solar panel. Never seem to be home during daylight long enough to try it. Either way, my wife is happy with this battery pack. It looks nice. It keeps her phone (personal phone that she uses often for work) well juiced up, and it's capable to charge up to 4 devices at once. Pretty impressive. I'm still happy I purchased it.

Edit: the company this device came from reached out to me and sent me another device and finally this one works great. They said the other devices being sent are entirely due to amazons errors of them sending out defective returns. They displayed excellent customer service and were very eager to show me how good their product was. I’ve tested the device thoroughly since then, it hold a charge well and charges my phone completely with plenty of battery left. I do have a hard time telling when it’s at 100% charged as it has four little lights that flash as it fills up and they never seem to go steady so the most you get is four lights lit up with the fourth flashing. I don’t want to overcharge so I go ahead and unplug after a little while of that.I got my first one with a return label from the previous owner still attached saying it was broken. It also came without its packaging, clearly used. I returned that and opted to get a replacement, when that one arrived it wouldn’t charge. If it needs something more than a standard usb wall plug then it should come with this product. I shouldn’t have to go hunting for some special type of plug or have a certification as an electrician to charge this device. I’m especially angry about it tonight as my complex has been without power all day and that is exactly why I was trying to be prepared by buying something like this. Very disappointed.
