AKG Y100 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds - Blue (US Version)

I already thought they were super comfortable and sounded great, especially for the price. And they have a good range to them as well. And then I discover the "Ambient Aware" mode and I fell in love with them.I use these all the time at work now using the "Aware" mode so that I can hear my supervisor calling for me easily. So useful.

Pros. They are quite comfortable, sound quality is good but not great, the button to turn off noise canceling is a nice feature- basically just quickly lowers the volume so you can hear, they're foldable a durable, and light weight. They don't look to bad either.Cons. Battery life isn't bad but not what I was hoping it would be, and the max volume is kind of low. That's about it. I was looking for headphones to replace my Samsung uflex headphones which are held together by super glue in a lot of places. These are ok but not as good. The uflex still has a Battery life of a day and a half, and that's heavy use. I work 12 hour days and like to listen to audible while I work. The akg will get me through about 8 hours which isn't bad I just don't like having to switch to another pair of headphones before my day is over. So 4 out of 5 stars. Not bad for the price but could be a little better.

Love these headphones! Easily wear them around your neck when you're not using them. The sound and quality is amazing. I have a wireless pair as well as a pair with the cord.

It simply didn't work. Used? More like damaged.

I'm currently using an AKG Y50, which offers very good sound quality and thus, I thought it would be no mistake if I put my fingers on these Y100 earphones. The sound was not bad at all but not as good as the Y50, especially the highs and midrange. Hopefully it will get better after using for a period of time. However, they tend to pause once or twice before playing properly every time I use them. I tried to get some help from Amazon's technical staff but they were not able to tell me what exactly the problem was and did not come back to me. I was in a rush and told them to contact me via email, nothing received. Disappointed really.

Sound quality is actually good for what they are. Also battery lasts for close to 7 hours.
