I’d Buy It Again...
I’ve been using and sometimes wrestling with a hand mixer for more than 50 years. I was tired of it, and decided to purchase a stand mixer. Sticker shock aside for well-known brand(s), the Cusimax Stainless (1000w) at a very cool price was immediately in the running. The mixer is heavy enough and the suction grips have now raised the stay-in-place power to about 7Gs (That’s gravitational force x 7, not grams). I’ve mixed simple batters and whipped cream. (Note: when mixing batter(s) stop occasionally to stir the bottom of the bowl.) I’ve beat yellow and sweet potatoes to a smooth mash. The mixer hasn’t breathed hard. I’ve not been particularly messy so the splatter ring has not come into play, but neither have I removed it. The flippable lid on the splatter ring is a welcome, ‘would you look at this’-touch. I’ve not made bread, yet, but the jury is not necessarily still out. This is a fine product. It is easy to operate, and easy to clean, and, to my knowledge, does everything that it professes. Yes, I still have a hand mixer. It is gathering dust.

Simply love it!
I ordered this mixer a while ago and wanted to use it more than a few times before I write a review. So here I go:The color is stunning and I love it. The suction is very strong, which keeps the mixer from dancing all over the counter while being used. Best thing is that there's no extra procedure to make sure it has a good suction, just put it on the surface and done. It can make it difficult to just push it out of the way, you have to pick it up. This is not a light mixer, it is very sturdy and has some weight to it.I used it for bread dough several times and this mixer has the power needed to actually knead the dough until well combined. The breads came out great, there were a few loaves of gluten free bread as well. The attachments feel light, but they are doing their job well. So far they are holding up and are easy to clean. The mixing bowl has a sharp edge, at least mine does, so I have to be careful. It seems the edge wasn't quite bent more round towards the outside of the bowl to hide the edge. It doesn't bother me and it's only in one area. Cleaning the bowl is easy. I handwash everything after use. I have a dishwasher, but I don't use it for cookware and bakeware. The splash cover for the bowl makes mixing less messy, I usually use the "door" opening for wet ingredients. There's not much room to add flour and it tends to create a mess. I just push the arm up to add large quantities of ingredients and scrape the sides of the bowl lol.The mixer is not really big or too heavy, it's easy to move it, besides the absolutely amazing suction lol, it definitely has made my baking adventures way more fun and less strenuous, I had a hand mixer before.I love the power it packs, my research didn't disappoint me. Trying to find a stand mixer that's powerful and not too heavy is a challenge.A friend let me try his stand mixer, not naming names but it's the brand you find everywhere in stores, and his mixer is about double the size and very heavy. The suction was rather cumbersome to achieve on his kitchen counter and it seemed to struggle with the task. I didn't check, but I am sure my wee mixer has more power. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to more baking adventure, once it cools down outside lol.

Works well for the price
Just got this mixer so this more of an initial review. The product is compact for a small kitchen. The instructions for use was clear and easy to follow. The machine did shake a bit more at higher speeds but the suction held on. Will have to see how it holds up in a years time. The bread dough did not take much time to prepare and the bread turned out really good. For someone who always did hand kneading this was a wonderful break. Less messy and easy clean up. The only thing I had sort of trouble with was the opening to add flour and water. It is a little small and I have not figured out how to add the flour once the machine is on.

so far, so good!
I've had this mixer for a month or so and it's working like a beast. I use it constantly for whipping butter my business. It hasn't over heated at all even after 20 minutes of non-stop mixing. The speeds are good and the plastic cover is tight when closed. The three attachments it came with work but I do wish they were a bit bigger to come closer to the sides of the bowl. I was everything by hand and they've held up great.I'm giving it a 5 star because it's been a work horse for me and save my arms a lot of pain! If anything changes i'll write another review but so far im so happy with this purchase.

Good Mixer - Looks Cool in my Kitchen
I ordered Cusimax 5-Quart Stand Mixer last week and I will say that I was impressed with my product overall. I needed a mixer to replace my old mixer to make whipped shea body butter.Pros- Very sturdy- Nice look (looks really cute in my kitchen)- I was concerned that it could not whip my shea butter the way my last mixer did, and I must say it did a really good job- Can handle mixing thick in texture product- The suction cups on the bottom of the mixer are very strong and keeps my mixer in placeCons- The top to my mixer came cracked - I would have shipped my mixer back for a new but everything else works fine and I do not have time to wait for another mixer to be deliveredOverall this is a good mixer and I am happy with the choice I made to purchase this one over others. Honestly, I could not see myself spending over $300 for a KitchenAid. I believe this is a great alternative purchase.
