Haggar Men's Cool 18 Pro Straight Fit Flat Front 4-Way Stretch Expandable Waist Short

My husband needed a comfortable and nice pair of shorts for a golf tournament for work and these delivered. Cant beat the price tag and he loves the comfort waist band with 4 way stretch. They were great length right at the knee and the color is a perfect cool gray that went well with his black work polo. They have been washed 3 times and are still in great condition, laid out to dry and the pleats are still there, easy to fold back up for next time and wrinkle free!

Cool 18's are comfortable, look great, hold a crease and dry quickly. Most of the members at my golf club wear Cool 18's. The stretch waist band is definitely a plus and the pockets are reasonably deep. The only two suggestions I have are; taper the shorts and make them about 1 inch shorter. I have mine tailored this way and the feel a lot better when they are just above the knee as see in the Hagger Ads. Also, one should read the material specs before buying. Haggar introduced a Cool18 gabardine that , in my opinion, was an inferior product with shallow pockets and a nasty gabardine material which was uncomfortable and didn't dry as quickly.

These shorts are the right length for my 6’2 husband. They are lightweight and comfortable. They can be worn daily or out to dinner.

The fit and comfort of the Haggar shorts are as good as their pants. Love the fabric as it flexes and breathes. I tried another pair of Haggar shorts but they were Chinos. Chinos are cotton so heavier and more stiff. I prefer the polyester Cool 18 fabric. The waist flex is great too for comfort and fit as weight fluctuates.
