Urban Platter Dehydrated Lemon Powder, 150g

Very useful when u don't have fresh lemons on hand.

This is the best of all the 3 dehyrated powder products (lemon, tamarind and pudina) that I bought. I liked the taste and flavour. But it is very light and should be handled with care to avoid losses.

I bought it to try out a different thing but I didn't really could figure out how and where to use it. it has a tangy kind of a flavour to it and is not very sour. I might try using it while baking a cake in place of vanilla essence.

Free flowing salt like lemon crystals, quite useful as fresh lemon substitute.

0 vitamin C in one serving, what nutrition in this powder then, real 2 lemon a day completes daily recommendation, why we should buy this??
