TATA Swach Cristella Advance+ Gravity Water Purifier, 18L (9+9), Blue

A top quality water filter. Its very easy to assemble. The only problem was the tap as water was leaking from the joint where it was attached to the filer. The problem was solved by adding another washer to the front of the tap.It is also easy to check the water levels of both compartments. Overall a very good buy. I hope they give a better quality tap.

Bought the Tata Swach Cristella even after reading some negative reviews here because I needed to replace HUL PureIt which is now out of the market. It is definitely lighter than the PureIt and the body seems less sturdy. The design is also more DIY type. Received a properly packed product. Assembling it was not a very smooth process especially because the manual doesn't seem detailed enough. There was no flow to the lower chamber in the first round and when I took out the cartridge, I realised I had missed peeling off the small sticker on its bottom. In the second round once the water started reaching the lower chamber, there was leakage from the bottom. I had to keep tightening the tap even though it did not seem it would turn anymore. Once this was done, the leaking stop. The taste of the water seems fine. Will have to observe over the next few days if it works smoothly. Decent filter for the price it's available at, especially if the cartridge lasts as long as it promises to.

Its taking too much time to filter.Small ants entering inside water, need to add protective washer's.Now using it as a dispensor.

Very useful

The filtration part is good, looks and asthetic is good the only major flaw is if the bottom part is full then it's starts leaking from the partition gaps when top part also has water.So if you want to use it, then keep the top part empty if the bottom part is full which made no sense but that's what guy from customer care told us. Anyways product good but due to this flaw returned it.

Product is good 👍 budget friendly but not up to the mark.Need more innovation. That's only my view.

Pros:very very easy to install.Filter capacity is greatFiltering is fastWater has no taste or smellWater flow rate from outlet tap is superb.It is compact, a 4 inch smaller height than aquasure filter.Cons:There is no auto cut feature.so water level has to kept in mind while filling upper tank with water otherwise water spills. I have spiller water only once as there are water level indicators on both upper and lower tanksWash the filter in reverse direction every 6 months or so.
