OVERPOWERED-NOT THERAPEUTIC
As other have suggested, all the settings seemed the same, and the lowest setting was far too strong to be therapeutic on anyone but the biggest, most locked up individual. For the vast majority, the lowest setting would overbear and set off a guarding or inflammatory response. Perhaps others have gotten ones where the lower settings are genuinely lower force, and thus useful...on mine setting 1 was the most forceful I could imagine a patient ever needing, and setting 6 was the same.
