Perfect replacement for Gen 3 2016 FJR1300
Normally I don't worry about my horn too much since I'm a pretty defensive rider and will often predict or move myself out of any potential issues. However, there was a day, where there was nowhere to go and the guy really wasn't hearing my horn at all and after that close call it was decided that I needed something louder. I saw lots of options but ultimately settled on this one for three reasons. One, I didn't need any additional wiring or a wiring harness. I know I can/should use one, but I didn't feel like fiddling with stripping down the plastics as I haven't had to yet. They work fine with the stock harness so long as you're not laying on the horn for hours on end you shouldn't burn out your horn wiring or fuse. I also decided to modify the connection point a bit to avoid splicing into my stock harness. The horn comes with the extra wire to connect the second horn if you only have one, but the connection wire was a spade on one end to connect to the other horn and the other side is set up with a fork connector. That wasn't going to work for me so I cut the fork end off and replaced it with a piggyback spade connector. That allowed me to plug in the stock harness, connect to the horn, and connect this wire to the other horn. Two, they were a direct OEM replacement, namely, I didn't have to find mounting points, they were already there on the bike. The gen 3 FJR, 2013s onward, only come with one horn, but the previous versions had two. So on the gen 3's they just left the spot open so it's still there for us to use. And because of that they were pretty much hidden from view also. However, as some other riders have done, I removed the bright silver labels on the horn to keep them a bit more hidden under the bike when mountedThree, I wanted something that was louder, but not obnoxious or unwieldy like some of the other options available. This sounds more like an older Buick or a bigger SUV so it still sounds like it's a vehicle on the road and not like an airhorn or train. They were pretty easy to install minus some funny hand positions, but easy plug and play with the aforementioned connectors I attached. The results were immediate and excellent. The horn is much louder and fuller. Now people get startled to hear such a big horn and only see a little bike. I feel bad for scaring them, but that's a small price to pay to keep them out of my way. I would buy these again and again for every bike I own.

Works perfectly with 2021 crv touring
This is the same horn upgrade kit that College Hill Honda sells for the 2021 CRV, Amazon has it at a better price and faster shipping.Fits perfectly in the 2021 CRV Touring (non hybrid), it does not mount in the factory location but fits perfectly in the space in a different alignment without any modifications (see college hills Honda for pictures on how to mount it). All you need to do is buy the horn plugging harness for the CRV or any other car that you need to install it (it’s cheap, around $9-12 in Amazon).Sound is noticeably better than the oem crv horn (which sounds tiny and low), this one is loud but I would have loved it if it was a bit “bold”, basically have a bit more of the lower frequency tone. But can’t complain, it’s better than the tiny oem horn.Save money, buy it from Amazon and the plugging harness 😅For the 2017-2022 CRV owners, this thing works and fits so get it!

Great!
I ride an electric motorcycle, a 2017 Zero S. I couldn't replace the anemic little thing that was the original horn with a loud one because (ironically) most of them require a battery hookup, which necessitated taking apart most of my motorbike, and was beyond my ability.Enter the PIAA slimline. I'm going to admit that I loathe buying Chinese manufacture--I have been way too often ripped off. However, these arrived well packaged and were simple enough an install. I took the accompanying wires, stripped and cut, and spliced them to the original horn wires, then mounted up the PIAAs. They take up more space (being doubles), so you might want to have a mount extension for what you ride. Tested them out, and now it sounds like a decent car horn. Not overwhelming, but definitely audible at good speed! If these go out immediately after I ride in the rain, or just die in a month or some other weirdness, I'll update this review. But for now, I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to a proper warning to the blind drivers that frequent the roads.Side note: But for the fact that I think I'm never quite satisfied with the horn volume level until it shakes windows, I'd give a 5 out of 5 for the volume level. But the dual tone projects quite nicely. You could, if you wanted to, just hook up one of this pair to replace a regular horn, and it would still be a little louder, but not very much.6 month update: rain and shine, this has been good. Much more audible than my previous stock horn, and hasn't failed to get the attention of whichever jackdonkey that cut me off (or in one case started to pull into me). Worth the money, comparable to you mounting a serious airhorn.
