This phone requires PoE (Power over Ethernet) to work
The phone arrived clean and in very good condition. But it requires Power over Ethernet (PoE) to work. So, if you don't have that it will not work. I still can't find this on the Amazon website under any of the specifications or description, but someone with Customer Support had called me back to inform me about this being the issue of why it would not power up.
