Seems like a good quality trowel, for about half the price of the official Kerdi brand trowel. Used for embedding Kerdi membrane on shower walls and floor, and it worked just as an 1/8" square notch trowel is supposed to.If I did this type of work regularly, maybe the extra beefiness of the Kerdi one would be worthwhile, but for the few uses this will get, I was happy to save some $$.I have the same complaint on every trowel and drywall knife I buy: Can't they make a label that's easier to remove? Soaking in hot water helped followed up with a razor blade, as did some lighter fluid for the remaining adhesive residue when most of the label was gone.

I own a dozen different adhesive trowels but wanted the smaller one for mosaics and subway tile, to minimize adhesive squeeze between the tile. This does that just fine. Use a larger notch on anything bigger than a 3 x 6 tile, especially large floor or wall tile.

It is very good quality. I ended up not having to use it for my project.

This does wonders! Love it, thought about sharpening it and using as a razor to shave with and then I could look like the nice clean grout lines! Mind blown!

I use this hard to find trowel for applying mortar for Schluter Kerdi waterproof membrane underlayment. Kerdi specifies the exact notch shape and notch size in order for the mortar to form a tight impermeable bond with Kerdi so that water can not channel through the grooves. This trowel is priced much lower than the Schluter trowel but it works well.

This is a very reliable tool. It is a very good quality deal that I would recommend to anyone looking. The price was great and arrived very quickly!

I bought this for a small tile project. Needed tight notch spacing for small mesh-backed tile. Still puts down plenty of thinset, but not too much. Would buy again.

Good product. However, I am installing wall tiles for a backsplash. I bought a .99 cent plastic trowel at lowes and it is much easier to use in such a small space

Needed for a tile job and was not disappointed. Nice comfy handle and cheaper and better then Home Depot
