This is just the very top sheet on your bed platform - Works great once you understand what you have
As others have stated, this is the sticker sheet on top of your bed platform. To clarify, my bed platfom attaches with 4 clips (original Ender 3). It's flexible, but sturdy. I didn't realize it, but it's actually 2 parts - this sticker and a plastic sheet below it.This one fits great and is an exact replacement - just be ready for QUITE a bit of work getting the old one off and removing the glue residue from the plastic base (the harder, but still flexible portion of the bed platform). Nail polish remover and a PLASTIC razor blade (doesn't scratch the surface) worked for me to get the residue off, but it took some time to get it all off. It has to be squeaky clean so the new sheet goes down with no bumps underneath. Remember that your print layers go down in fractions of a millimeter, so the bed has to be absolutely flat for you to get great results. Take your time and the glue will eventually all come off.Super sticky when the new sheet goes on (one shot and it's done - no second chances). I used the screen saver install method of lining everything up and taping one edge of the new sheet to the base like a hinge. That way when you peel the backing off, it will go right into place. I'm glad they come as a 3 pack as my first attempt without using the tape hinge didn't line up correctly for me...I've done a couple of prints since the change and they stuck great to the new surface. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. For some additional info, search "What's the stock bed on the Ender 3 called?" You'll find a discussion and even a video that helps provide more clarity.

Bed Adhesion Matters
I have been using a print surface like this for years, then I saw the PEI magnetic build plates flood the market about a year ago or so. I bought one and tried it. It seemed a little finicky but overall it hung on to the print while it was printing and then it was easy to get the print off the bed when it finished. I bought another one for my other printer. I have a cartesian printer and a delta printer. After about a year the honeymoon was over. I don’t know what happened but bed adhesion just about went away. On the delta printer it was like anti-adhesion. I tried hotter, cooler, faster, slower, higher, lower, wipe it with IPA, everything I could think of and it just wouldn’t stick anymore. The PLA would stick to the nozzle, not the bed.I had some of these laying around and I tried one. I reset my z height and printed a test. What a difference. My nightmare was over! Yeah, the prints are a lot harder to remove now but now I see that as a good thing. Patience is a virtue.Like some other reviewers have stated, these have very good bed adhesion. Almost too good. Be careful when removing the print that you don’t exert too much force on the print and lift up the sheet and make a bubble. Then the bed isn’t flat anymore. You might have to wait for a few minutes for the bed to cool down. And the sticky side is very sticky. I stuck mine to a glass plate, then clipped that to the bed. Nothing is flatter than glass!I bought some more of these and now I am stocked up. I don’t have an Ender but I can trim these to fit my printers with scissors. I figure these last for 3 to 6 months, maybe up to a year, so I am set for a few years now. I will never stray again – lesson learned.EDIT: I ended up applying this build sheet to a PEI spring steel plate. Now I have the best of both worlds. I have the strong bed adhesion that I like and when the print is finished I can pick up the plate and flex it and the print will pop off.

Good adhesion... too good if you don't use a release layer
Echoing what others have said. Prints stick to this material like glue. I ignored what other reviewers had said figuring they were doing something wrong since the stock magnetic bed that came with my Ender 5 didn't have those issues and also because I print with mostly PLA.Boy, was I wrong!Even with PLA the print bonded to the surface and was impossible to remove without scraping with a part scraper HARD. Ultimately the print was ruined and the bed surface was damaged.Solution: USE A RELEASE LAYER! I'm just using purple glue stick (the kind kids use in grade school). As long as I put a one swipe layer across the bed, parts pop right up.With that issue solved, adhesion is awesome! I've tried PLA and PETG and have had ZERO issues. Couple this with a spring steel print surface and you have the best print surface ever! After a several prints, I clean the surface with dish soap and water, add another layer of glue stick and it's ready to go! Highly recommended! Just don't use without a release layer of some kind!

Works great, just peal off the old plate
Works great, had a huge hole in my old ender 3 plate and this product replaced it really well. You just have to peal the old plate off. You will see what I mean if you buy it
