All orders are shipped frozen with ice packs in insulated boxes. Our fresh, gluten-free pasta is perishable, and, as such, should be placed in the freezer or refrigerator immediately upon arrival.

Q: On august 3 2021 amazon customer posted that they bake the tortellini like lasagna. how long do you cook it and what temperature?

Hi! Thanks for asking! With our fresh, refrigerated tortelloni you don't need to boil first. Just use in a recipe of your choice and bake for that recipe's required time and required temp. Q: Is there dairy in this product? medically i must have a gluten free & dairy free diet. also, why are we forced to buy more than 1 package at a time?

There is dairy in our Spinach and Cheese Tortelloni. We sell our products in 6 packs online since our fresh pasta has to be shipped frozen with dry ice. Check out our store locator to find our single package products near you!

Q: How long can this stay in the fridge? There’s no expiration dates.

If you refrigerate your pasta, it will stay fresh for up to 35 days after arrival. If you freeze your pasta, use within 1 year for best experience. If you’d like to cook pasta from frozen, place the frozen pasta directly into the boiling water and stir until the pasta is separated.
