bought this for my son who has autism and loves to rock. was a pain to put together but with some strong hands near by the job gets done. my son loves it.

My great grandson loves his pony. However, it was not as easy to assemble as was expected. The instructions were not helpful. I pulled up instruction on line and resorted to Tick Tok. The springs were very difficult to install. Now the left front spring comes off while riding.

Horrible Experience, do not purchase.I purchased this for my grandson and it was impossible to put together. I did contact the company only to get a response that there was an error in the manual on how to put it together.From Company:"I did notice there's an error in the manual, labelling the spring as part #G on the "Inset B" picture, which may make things more confusing. The spring showcased here is part #F.As it says on the "COVER & SPRING ASSEMBLY" section on the manual, you need to insert the hook of part #F into the "bushing" or small hole and make sure it gets to be fully inserted (so, inserted enough as to make sure it's hooked) so it's secure."The above instructions did not help and I wanted a refund but I am older and have arthritis and was unable to box it back up and take it to be returned within the refund period.I have only given it one star because I have to click on something, if not it would be 0 stars. Please beware!

Well built

My daughter loves this horse but her mother hates it because when all 35lbs of toddler get to galloping the frame leaves the ground like she’s bunny hooping a bmx

The handle didn't go on very well and after a couple times using it the handle was stripped. I can't figure out a way to get a new handle for it.

I bought this for my Great Niece's for Christmas. It is fantastic and well made. The girls love it and it has safety features over the springs. Very happy with this product.
