Life Extension, Neuro-Mag, Magnesium L-Threonate, 90 Veggie Caps

I started taking these in winter because everything felt flat. I was depressed, my short term memory was muddy, I couldn't focus on anything. I started taking these and the effect was almost immediate. My career is going great, my income has increased, my focus is much better, I am better socially because my brain works faster. I highly recommend these for any one of any age. A side effect is my wife is divorcing me because I am "different" and "too high energy" and she is "not comfortable" which is ....... fantastic. I've tried getting her to take Magnesium, but she is not interested.

It surely helps with magnesium as a supplement but I couldn’t tell if my sleep was improved in any way shape or form.
