カクテルを自分で作りたくて購入しましたが、期待していたほどの味ではありませんでした。正直、もっと「貝のエキス」の味と言うか「貝独特の旨味」が強いと思っていたが、あまり感じない。もし同じようにカクテルを作りたい方がいれば、デルモンテの野菜ジュースを利用する方がかなり安く済むでしょう。
クラマトを使って作るブラッディシーザーがたまらないです。普通のトマトジュースで再現しようとしましたが、難しい。。。お値段さえもう少し手頃であれば★5です。
