No, it does not. The ingredients are: sugar, modified corn starch, almonds, contains less than 2% of artificial flavor, disodium phosphate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate (for thickening), salt, pistachios, artificial color, mono- and diglycerides (prevent foaming), yellow 5, blue 1, BHA as a preservative, yellow 6.

Q: Why is the price so high..?

1.79 at my local store. It's insane it's that high.

Q: is the nutrition information after mixing it with milk or is it just for the pudin mix ?

Both are listed on the box with 90 calories per serving dry and 150 calories per serving when mixed with 2% milk. There are 4 servings per box.

Q: How do I prepare the lemon pie filling from the pudding

If you don't want just a lemon pudding pie, buy 1 Box "Cook and Serve" Pudding and Pie Filling (4-6 serving size) Directions: Combine the cook and serve pudding with 2/3 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water; Blend in 3 Egg Yolks (reserve the Whites for meringue) and 2 cups of water. Cook and Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a FULL BUBBLING BOIL; Remove from heat; Blend in 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice and 2 Tablespoons Butter; Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice; Pour into a cooled already prepared pie shell. // For the Meringue: Beat 3 egg whites until foamy (approx. 3 mins) Gradually add 6 Tablespoons Sugar and 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tarter. Beat until mixture forms stiff shiny peaks (approx. 5 mins) Spread over Lemon Pie, being sure to cover completely to the edges. Bake at 425 for 5-10 minutes or until meringue is delicately browned. (I hope this helps you to make a fairly easy lemon pie and not just a lemon pudding pie)
