I ordered because I have dry skin due to dehydration and hard water in my house, so my skin isn’t as supple as it could be. I’m a firm believer of the benefits of Hyaluronic acid both topically and internally, but feel anything taken internally has a better longer lasting impact. So naturally I jumped at ordering these pills.The pills are to be taken 2 a day and easy to swallow, even for someone like me who has a fear of chocking.After a few weeks of taking them I’ve had no problems or allergic reactions to these pills. My joints feel slightly better as before I’d hear occasional popping in my knees. My skin also looks a little more supple though still not a significant difference and still feel dry in certain areas, any improvement is appreciated.The reason for missing star is because I’d like to need to take one pill instead of two.I’d recommend anyone give these a try to help get internal hydration.

So far, so good with this product. I have fibromyalgia and I'm in my late 50's so I am always looking for a good supplement for both my aging skin and stiff joints. This product seems to have all of the essential ingredients to help with these issues. The quality of the product seems really great. The pills are easy to swallow and do not bother my sensitive tummy at all. I love that it not only has hyaluronic acid for the hydration of your skin, MSM, collagen and other ingredients for joint support, but they went a step further by adding a few essential vitamins like Vitamins, C, D, & E. I haven't been taking them long enough to see significant improvement but will continue to take them daily. I think they are also a great value for the money.
