I have a narrow pinky toe and it fits my toe just right. It doesn't cut off circulation in my experience so I am able to wear it all day with socks and shoes. It is soft and flexible so you need to confirm it stays in place while putting on your sock. Once my sock is on it stays put all day without needing to reposition it. Or I can just wear it comfortably as is with flip flops and no socks. It does what it is supposed to do comfortably keeping my pinky toe seperated from the toe next to it so the toes don't rub together and can heal from the calluses I had removed between them from wearing shoes that were too narrow. FINALLY RELIEF!!

Very soft material. Worked great for my foot pain! I was losing hope for any solution for my foot. The pain was terrible. Out of desperation I tried this product and it worked! I wear them with my shoes, slippers, even socks!

My pinky toes have been curling under the toes next to them for a while, it almost became debilitating and affecting my ability to walk far, no matter what shoes I wore. These helped me get my pinky toes realigned so I can walk more often and farther without pain.

But they didn’t really work for me. I found them too big, bulky, too ”toe spreading.” My sister on the other hand swears by them

This product helps keep my big toe from overpowering my next toe. Also stoped my second toe from being a ,hammer toe. My foot does not hurt any more. Works better than taking a pill for the pain. Very inexpensive.

My big toe is straight but second toe is moderate hammertoe over top of big toe. I was skeptical because the gel seems so soft.I don't have big feet/toes and selected size medium. I can fit two of these between big toe and second toe and it works perfectly to sperate the toes. Not at all uncomfortable. However, they're a little finicky getting somee socks on, and don't work well with tight-tox-boxed-shoes.Highly recommend.

After just a few uses, the gel started to wear down and lose effectiveness, making them less helpful for long-term use.They are soft and easy to wear, but the material didn’t hold up as expected. If you’re looking for a more durable solution for toe alignment and relief, these may not meet your expectations.

I'm not even slightly exaggerating when I say that these little pieces of silicone have made the biggest difference for my foot. I work a job that requires me to be on my feet almost 10 hours a day. I have thick thighs which causes me to stand on the outsides of my feet without even realizing it. And because of it, my pinky toe would roll under my foot slightly. It has been so unbelievably painful for months. I bought these, hoping and praying that they'd help a little bit. I've been standing at work for 8 hours now and the outside of my foot doesn't hurt at all. These little things are a game changer. Not to mention after putting it on and wearing it around the house, it was instantaneous relief for my foot. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. I will buy more as needed.
