Absolute garbage. So mad I missed the return window. I always look to ensure what I’m buying does NOT come from China. I bought this because it says it’s organic. The bag has a Made in China sticker right on it! It’s garbage with zero quality.

I broke open a capsule of this supplement and it has a potent smell which indicates to me that the extracted oregano they claim is actually in there.This contains 165 mg of carvocral per capsule and they recommend taking two of those per day. That is a lot of carvocal.Carvacrol is a TRPA1 channel agonist, which means it can activate this ion channel, potentially leading to pain and other physiological effects.Research also suggests that carvacrol might act in the body by modulating GABAergic neurotransmission.I would suggest taking one of these capsules per day at the most unless advised otherwise by a doctor and before taking them making sure that you do not have a medical condition or are already taking a medicine that these could interfere with.Unless you desire liver damage you MUST NOT take these with alcohol or grapefruit juice or black pepper extract. These are warnings that it would have been nice to see on the packaging as there are many consumers out there who will not have foreknowledge of the interactions that a strong herbal supplement like this can have with other substances.

I’ve been talking this for four months

This is another brand that is made in China, for Vison LTD out of Denver CO.Had 120 capsules in each package. Is made from generic labeled "Gelatin" and not a veg capsule or specifically labeled "Bovine Gelatin". Has a weird smell similar to a wet dog, probably from the "Gelatin" capsule. Each capsule has a light yellow color similar to a Vitamin E pill.I will be going back to using NOW Supplements for Oregano Oil, it doesn't have the off putting smell and their supplements are as described. 1 capsule in the morning and one at night to help with nausea, pain, and inflammation in my gut/stomach.

Yes I believe that benefits of Oregano Oil is working. No side effects and more energy.
