Replacement Ear Pads for Sennheiser HD280 Pro, AURTEC Headphones Earpads Cushion with High Elastic Sponge Form

I have read the reviews where some people said these were difficult to put on. I have replaced several on Sony Headphones and these work just as well as the Sony replacements. IWith any of these, it takes a little navigating to get the outside to fit into the groove, but there was no problem and it took about 5 minutes. They feel great.

Update: removing old 1 star review and now with 5 stars. Originally I had a hard time fitting because I did not completely review all of the old foam plus the part that goes into the side slit. Once I figure out, install is easy and love the material.

Sight pain to install but no big deal. Great quality, nice and soft like originals and nice and comfy.

Was delivered as promised and fit perfectly in my older model head phones set. I’m happy with my purchase. At first I ordered the wrong size but return was made simple snd money returned to my account the next day. My head phones sound is just like new!

These replaced the pads on my HD280 PRO. The headphones were purchased in Aug. 2020, so the original pads lasted less than 4 years. The Aurtecs were fairly easy to install. You first have to remove the existing pads by grabbing and pulling them off. There's a groove for the flexible plastic rim to fit. Once you get part of the plastic into the groove, it takes about 60-90 seconds to work the rest into place (having the other earpiece pressing against your hand makes it a bit awkward). They are probably not as comfortable as the originals, but what can you do. It'll interesting to see how long they last. Also, I should have gotten the pad for the headband, too - I noticed while changing the earpads that it was also deteriorating.

These pads did not fit my Sennheiser headphones, despite claiming to do so. I could not even install them because they were the wrong size and shape. Just buy the genuine Sennheiser replacements instead, and you will be glad you did. The real ones are better quality, and super easy to install. Yes, they cost a bit more, but these cheap ones turned out to be useless, and ended up in the bin.

I’ve used these for a couple of months now without problems. The install process does require some patience,It’s not a quick snap-in, but if you work carefully, the job is done in less than minutes.Time will tell how long they will hold up, but for now,no complaints using them on my Sennheiser HD 600 phones.
