Great bracelet, but my wrist got bigger so I had to put a link back in but lost the last teeny tiny cotter pin. I don't know where to get replacement parts for this bracelet. Wish it came with a few extra parts.

The bracelet is well made. Clasp is firm. Customer Service and response is excellent.

I bought this bracelet nearly 3 years ago. Once I was able to remove the extra links, it fit well. I wear it daily, even when showering or swimming. It has a few scratches and about a third of the letters are no longer filled with black. They're still deeply etched, they just have less contrast.

I have been wearing this for months but I can’t resize it. I used to work in watch repair and I know how, but the pins aren’t budging. I asked for help from an able-bodied person and they aren’t moving. The tool sent to help didn’t help. The bracelet stays on my wrist but I worry that the medical alert part doesn’t stay on top of the wrist and may be missed when it is needed the most.

Great quality for the price. I had to adjust the links for a tighter fit, but it wasn’t difficult. I wear it 24/7 even in the shower & it hasn’t dulled or caused any irritation to my skin.

this bracelet was definitely the right one for me. Beautifully made and very sturdy. Will not fall off due to the clasp being properly made. Thanks for a great item. Will definitely buy this again if ever I need a new one and recommend it to all those who need a good bracelet.

I wanted to make anyone aware of my personal health condition if I was unable to speak. I find this very comfortable but it also goes with any situation , by dressing it up with more bracelets, or casual with just a watch , or alone .

I followed instructions to the letter to remove some links to make the bracelet smaller. Now I have to go to a professional jeweller to get the damn thing fixed.

And essential in my personal case. I have worn a medical alert ID for countless years and have had many different types. I have encounter ones that have had information wear off of them, scratch easily, have broken links, etc. So, I tend to look for stronger bands nowadays. This band caught my eye because it resembles an adjustable watch strap in construction.The band is of quality metal which hasn't scratched up yet (I tend to work bracelets very hard) and has kept its shine and finish. The wording is embossed (Not very deeply though) on a fairly solid bit of metal.My only (Minor) issues with it are that the clasp, while quite strong has a habit of occasionally catching things and can come undone. Because the claps is smaller that the other links it sticks out when the bracelet links move too much. This maybe because I can't have the bracelet too tight and I need some small amount of slack in it (Not much but enough that the links can move freely). The other minor gripe is to do with the wasy the links are fixed together, they use split pins which is a great idea and works well. The issue comes from the tool provided to push the pins out so you can remove links. It works like a little vice/Pin punch but the in that pushes the split pins out of the links on the bracelet is very, very thin and doesn't always line up with the pins very well. If you're patience and take care it is fine to use but if you don't have the greatest eye sight it can cause trouble, just hope you don't bend the pin...Overall it is a great, well presented, and sturdy product that should last.
