This product is INCREDIBLE!! I have lived with insomnia since I was a child. I toss and turn for hours,I wake up constantly and can't get back to sleep.. I have been prescribed many things as well as have been guilty of taking handfulls of melatonin or Benadryl because I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep. I have been desperate for more than 1-2 hours a night for months now. So when this was suggested I decided why not I would do anything at this point.The first night I took two the recommended dosage. MY GOD WHEN I SAY I WAS OUT.. I WAS OUT!! It took maybe an hour for me to feel the effects 1st I felt at peace and relaxed. Then my eyes got heavy. When I laid down I don't remember anything after that. But honestly 2 was too strong for me. The next day I couldn't wake myself up, I kept dozing back off every few minutes.🤣🤣 I slept dang near the whole day. So the second night I dropped it to ONE capsule. I had No problem getting to sleep and STAYING asleep even with one. But the next day I woke up no problem and actually felt rested!! I have been taking this religiously every night for over 15 days. I did miss one day last week and literally got one hour of sleep that night woke up at around 2 then stayed up until the sun rose without it. I will not be missing any more doses.This was a literal God send. I am so greatful and appreciative to the people who created this.

Love this product! Generally I don't do product reviews but this one I figured deserved it because there are so MANY products like this out there how do you chose? It has helped me sleep and not feel groggy the next day. I DO have to get less than 8 hrs because I am a Mom of 3 and get up to go to the gym super early and start work at 6:30am. My avg sleep is 5-6hrs. I can never fall asleep on my own just because I am so high strung from everything.Not only did this help with sleep but it also took away my FUPA area....it is flat. I've been going to the gym for a year and nothing worked. Finally...this did it. I've only been taking it for a month but definitely will keep taking it for sure. Worth the buy.Advice!! Make sure to definitely DRINK alot of water when you take it, before and after, because if not then it leaves this gross taste in your throat.

I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks now. I started with 2 capsules each night, and while I was actually sleeping, I was feeling really groggy in the mornings. More than usual. So a few days ago, I switched to taking one capsule each night. There’s been no weight loss, however, I am actually sleeping what I would consider to be “normal sleep” for the first time since childhood. I’m having deep sleep, I’m having dreams that I can remember, and I feel really good. I’ve tried everything from drinking, not drinking, eating, warm milk, not eating, melatonin, otc sleep aids, THC, etc, and have not found the perfect sleep until now. Half dose of these and I feel human again. I can’t even believe it. Would do 5 stars, but it’s a weight loss aid and I’ve not lost weight. I love them, though.
